 Hilus brings a decade of combined experience in finance and real estate. Alongside Tiffany, they have successfully completed renovations on both multi-unit and single-family homes, consistently generating positive cash flow. Hilus specializes in consulting for small business clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through thorough research, proactive financial planning, and educational materials. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Purdue University Global and extensive industry knowledge, Hilus has pursued a career as a real estate investor.

Tiffany has well over 10 years of combined experience in healthcare and real estate acquisition, development and management.  She also has obtained a certificate of completion from CIC in multifamily property management training. Tiffany has completed a number of multi-unit residential projects bringing value and stability to neighborhoods. 

As a detail-oriented healthcare professional, she realizes the important link between quality housing and improved healthcare outcomes.  She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois.
